For the past few mornings I’ve been waking up to sunlight spilling through my windows, bringing warmth and light to every corner of my apartment.

That can only mean one thing – spring is finally here!

As I’ve been confined to my apartment for over a week now (thanks, coronavirus!) I decided to bring the sunshine inside with a selection of my favourite spring recipes.
