I eat mostly plants – fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts and seeds. I also consume fish a few times a week, and this way of eating helps me to look and feel my best.
I initially began eating more plants simply for health reasons, but over time I realised that the benefits go far beyond my personal gain.
I firmly believe that a plant-based diet is so much more than what you eat.
It’s about striving to cause as little harm as possible, whether that’s to animals, to the environment or to other people.
It’s about mindfulness, compassion and self-respect.
It’s about following your own path, and not being afraid to be a little different.
It’s about living according to your personal morals and values.
