This is a place for me to share my tips for living a wholesome, seasonal lifestyle along with my favourite recipes and sneak peeks into my daily life.
I initially started this website as a way to showcase the benefits of a vegan diet, but over time I realised that I didn’t want to label myself and my food. These days, my diet still mainly consists of plants – fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts and seeds. I also consume fish and eggs a few times a week along with high-quality chicken once in a while, and choose to avoid dairy and red meat.
You’ll find a range of topics covered here including slow living, seasonal eating and my travels around the world.
